Identifying the PEM Fuel Cell Parameters Using Artificial Rabbits Optimization Algorithm

The artificial rabbits optimization (ARO) algorithm is proposed in this article to find the optimum values for uncertain parameters proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) model. voltage–current polarization curve of PEMFC nonlinear, and model used paper describe it Mann’s model, which has seven parameters. sum square errors (SSE) between ARO-based estimated voltages measured defines objective function. simulation results show that ARO technique best SSE compared other techniques. precision evaluated by comparing optimized model’s power–current curves with three stacks are NedStack PS6, BCS stack 500 W, Ballard Mark V. very close which, means a high accuracy achieved. Moreover, method shows fast convergence minimal standard deviation. Furthermore, PEMFC-optimized studied at different temperature pressure operating conditions.
